Q: What if my insurance company says Mullikin’s is not on their list of repair shops
A: What that means is that this insurance company does not have a contract with Mullikin’s to get special pricing.
With that being said we will work with your insurance company to repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition and to ensure that they pay for all needed repairs.
Q: What if an insurance company refuses to work with the facility I choose?
A: An insurance company can’t refuse to work with the facility you choose, it is against Maryland law.
Q: Do I need three estimates?
A: No. You are free to get as many estimates as you desire, but it is not necessary. Your only obligation is to choose the shop of your choice and inform the insurance company.
Q: Who is responsible for the guarantee of workmanship and safety of my vehicle repairs?
A: The repair facility is ultimately responsible. You should choose a facility that offers a lifetime warranty on all work performed.
